Winter Camps in full capacity

We are so thankful for hundreds of kids who came to our winter camps in July. Due to our limited capacity we had a long waiting list this year - we need more housing! Many made a first time decision for Christ - Praise the Lord. What an amazing impact this young generation will be in our country. The Estancia Family Camp is returning its full capacity as well. Covid pandemic hit us hard the past 2 years but we praise His name for returning back to our regular activities around 80% at this point. Thank you so much for your prayers.

     
Wonderful group of Seminary students

As we mentioned in our last letter, after covid we broke all records having a large number of resident students living on campus - something around 30% growth in one single year (2022) - we didn’t expect that! We are now working around the clock in order to complete two new buildings for staff members and married students. Thank you so much for your financial support, you are making all the difference in the lives of our seminary students.

     
After-school program for needy children

This partnership ministry called "Vinde Meninos” (Come Children) focus on children living in the slums of Sao Paulo. The program provides daily meal, tutoring and homework assistance and weekly discipleship. On weekends we invite parents for Sunday service. The results are a blessing. Recently we had a wonderful group from Idlewild Baptist Church FL coming do serve and help the children. Thank you so much Idlewild for sharing your hearts with our children!  

 
Brazil presidential election coming up this weekend

We would like to ask you to pray for our presidential election coming up this Sunday (Oct.2). We have two candidates from clear opposite sides. May the Lord keep our country in peace, on track to prosperity and most important free. Thank you so much for your prayers.

Prayer and Financial support

Thank you so much for praying for us. The economic crises brought an extra weight on families in our team. You might feel the same where you live, we understand the pressure is every where. Through your prayers and financial help our family support went back to 80% last year. Thank you so much for your generous heart. The reality is that because of recent increasing inflation rates, specially in grocery and energy we are now having to raise the additional 20% lacking. Would you be so kind and pray for us? Our family

Our son Mark has arrived at Word of Life NY for his year at the Bible institute. He is playing soccer and enjoying every minute with new friends. Please pray God will continue to build in him a servant heart and christian character. Melissa and Camila are doing fine, unfortunately this year they won’t be able to come to Brazil for Christmas. Recently Agnes and I had the chance to go to Israel for a short trip, it was an enormous privilege to visit the Holy Land (Psalm 48).
