how it all started...
In 2022, two churches – "Grace Church" (a Caucasian church) and "Grace Temple" (an African American Church) – came together to form a new church – appropriately named “Grace United.” This church was birthed from a prayer and is centered around Jesus prayer for unity in John 17.
our mission and vision
We seek to make disciples that connect to Christ, the Church, their Community, and their Calling. To accomplish our mission, we want you in a chair, a row, a circle, and a neighborhood.
our values
Core values are Grace United's fundamental beliefs and highest priorities that drive our behavior. You can think of core values as an internal compass of principles that help us make decisions. When faced with certain decisions, we can refer back to core values to ensure that we act according to what truly matters to us.
our beliefs
The center of everything we do at Grace United is the Good News of Jesus Christ. It is the truth around which we orient our values, our preaching, our songs, our actions and interactions.
In addition to the Good News, we hold to essential theology, derived from The Bible. Many churches have large, complex statements of faith. Tragically, these often serve to divide believers instead of uniting them as Jesus desired (See: John 13:34-35 & 17:20-23). As such, the Elders of Grace United keep our statement of faith simple and ancient, using the most ancient creed of Christianity to unite around - the "Apostles Creed".

our LEADERSHIP
We are led by a variety of offices outline in Scripture including elders, deacons, and pastors.
