Thailand Missionary Update

Grace United,

This year, for Art Chapel, we found a way to provide clay. It was a hit. God is always amazing me (especially through Art Chapel) with His creativity, beauty, and glory. It's so wonderful that the God who created the universe and holds everything in place, cares about us and created us in His image. We create because He created us.

Each year, God speaks through student testimonies in powerful ways. This year, seven students volunteered to share about their artwork and their lives on stage in front of all their peers, teachers, and several parent guests. And one student even choreographed and performed a dance with friends to share her message.

After students performed and shared on stage, we opened the time and the space for people to walk around and look at artwork, sit and color, draw, or paint with watercolors, or go outside and throw water balloons at a canvas (not pictured) and sculpt with clay.

The theme was Oasis. We wanted to focus on how God is our Oasis. He protects, saves, restores, heals, and fills us. It was incredible to feel God's Spirit during this time. Thank you for all of your prayers. God heard and answered.

Praises

Praise God for...
  • A wonderful Art Chapel!
  • More support for art around the school!
  • The chance to be a part of a multi-school art show!
  • Giving us life and love and eternal hope.

Prayer Requests

Pray that God will...
  • Continue to work in the hearts and lives of Rina and Noa in El Salvador.
  • Continue to spread the Gospel all throughout Cuba.
  • Continue to work in the heart of Hannah from Poland.
  • Help me to prepare well for the art show (March 15-22) and to have a good (safe) field trip with all my students on March 18th to see the show.
  • Help me to have courage and walk humbly with Him.

Thank you all so much for your prayers and support. You are a blessing to myself and the missionary kids I serve and a catalyst to the growth of the Kingdom of God in Southeast Asia! All glory to God forever and ever.

Love,
Kelsey

I took this picture at a Krispy Kreme in Bangkok. I was not adventurous enough to try this flavor.
