Spanish Missionary Update

I want to wish you the happiest of Christmases, as well as a few moments of peace and quiet.

Peace comes from the inside, knowing that our Sovereign God has us in his care, and the the baby whose birth we celebrate is back in heaven and is sitting beside him interceding on our behalf. Though there doesn’t seem to be peace on earth, God is still in charge we can trust his purposes.

As for moments of quiet - that is up to you to find.

I as write this the school next door is blasting “All I want for Christmas,” My son Eddie’s school is having a Christmas carol singing contest, with the prize being a day away from school doing something fun for the winning class. No studying happening today. Lucy and Annie are home from school, catching up on sleep and doing last minute shopping. These are fun days.

I am grateful for anyone who reads this email,  and for everyone who prays for us and for God’s kingdom to extend here in Spain, and for those who give to make it possible. Thank you very much.
